Terms Of Sale
- All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.
- All billing is in Canadian currency - Universal
Currency Converter will help you to approximate how much your order will
cost in other currencies
- Items on back order must be re-ordered - we do not keep a list of back
ordered items.
- In Canada orders are shipped prepaid by Canada Post Expedited service
(visit Canada
Post to see rates). In the unlikely event that your shipment is not
received or is received damaged, please notify us immediately so we may file a
claim with the carrier.
- Orders to the USA are shipped by Expedited Post (a division of Canada Post)
unless otherwise requested.
- Where applicable, all brokerage fees, duty, taxes, and handling charges
will be the responsibility of the customer (applies to orders outside of
Canada).
- Beeswax sheets are not normally shipped in cold weather. This is usually
between October and April of any given year. Should a customer request beeswax
sheets be shipped during this time, Wicks & Wax will not guarantee the
product won't be damaged before it reaches the customer and therefore assumes no
liability in shipping.
- All orders are subject to a $5.00 Handling fee. This does not include
shipping which is determined by weight & destination - please contact us
for a shipping quote.
- There are no refunds on Fragrances or Beeswax sheets.
- Wholesale Customers: there is a 20% restocking fee on returned
items.
